We offer a spacious double room with a private bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea, inside our house in the hills of Cadimare, a hamlet of La Spezia. You can alternate between exploring the nearby Cinque Terre and Portovenere and total relaxation on the terrace. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. The space Accommodation of Affittacamere La Terrazza con l'Ulivo - Accommodation of about 25 sqm recently renovated, located on the ground floor of a private house, in an excellent position for visiting the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre. We are only 8 km from Portovenere and 17 km from Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre). Suitable for couples and anyone looking for privacy, tranquility and a beautiful view. THE ACCOMMODATION IS COMPOSED AS FOLLOWS: - independent entrance from the terrace - large terrace with sea view for exclusive use, equipped with a small table, chairs, and deckchairs - double bed 160 x 195 - breakfast corner equipped with coffee machine, toaster, kettle and small fridge, located inside the room - private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. PARKING: free and available on the street in front of the house, always available. WHAT IS INCLUDED: cleaning at the end of the stay, wifi, air conditioning/heating, linen. Cleaning during the stay and change of towels every 3 nights for stays of at least 5 nights. WHAT IS OPTIONAL FOR A FEE: additional linen changes and cleaning. Breakfast basket upon request, with packaged products. IMPORTANT: We are a little out of town, on top of a hill, so if you come without a car you must be willing to move on foot and by bus, uphill and downhill. Guest access Guests have private access to their room with a private bathroom thanks to the separate entrance from the terrace, which is for the exclusive use of guests. The garden and gate of the house are shared with the host who lives upstairs. During your stay We live on the upper floor of your room, we are always present at check-in, and for any guest needs, but we will not disturb your privacy in any case.
