This is an old barn renovated into a vacation home. Simple but equipped with all the necessary comforts, it is +/- 85 m2 and offers a large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a small shower room and a toilet. It also has a terrace and a large garden with a small private wood offering plenty of privacy. The barn is located in a charming alley, 200 m from a supermarket and 900 m from the heart of the village where you can find all amenities. The space The large living room has a kitchen area (equipped with: glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and many utensils), a dining area with a large wooden table, a seating area (with small TV), a bed ideal for a child or an adult not too tall (135*190 cm) and a sofa bed (160*200 cm). I can also provide a travel cot. The bedroom is about 20 m2 and offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm, recent bedding) as well as a wardrobe and a dresser. The small shower room is located under a sloping roof (i.e. for tall people: the shower head is +/- 1.80 cm high) and equipped with a recent washing machine (drying rack available). The private garden and the small wood allow you to relax in privacy and enjoy the summer evenings. Guest access "La Grange" is located in a charming alley about 900 m from the heart of the village and 200 m from a supermarket. Below is the D8. Very easy parking on site and in the immediate vicinity. The village and its surroundings offer all the necessary shops (bakeries, tobacco, restaurants, coffee, post office...). There is a farmers' market every Wednesday morning. Other things to note The barn is rustic and modest accommodation but you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The roof was redone in February 2025 (insulation and roofing). It is not the great luxury (no air conditioning, no VMC, 4G but no TV/internet box...) but a warm and practical place with all the comforts necessary to have a good time in a beautiful region (many very nice walks to do in the surroundings).
