ChandraChhaya Residency-101 Entire apartment

The apartment on the 1st floor. No elevator/lift in the building. It provides for a simple,comfortable home stay experience, furnished with AC,Tv & refrigerator. It is centrally located in Calangute within walking distances to most of the eateries like Subway, KFC, as well other cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, market & pharmacies. The Calangute beach is at a distance of approximately 800 m . The space This simple homestay apartment on the 1st floor has basic amenities like Television, Air conditioner, Refrigerator. Private bathroom & balcony with street view. Kindly note the apartment is very basic , not fancy or luxurious. It is located in a narrow lane behind Calangute market , hence during the daytime the street gets busy. There is a small sit out/living space area in the apartment which has a 2 seater sofa, table & a full length wall mirror. The king bed can comfortably fit upto 2 guests. For more than 2 occupancy floor mattress will be provided (at extra charges per person) Also there is a small kitchenette space..We do not have a fully functional kitchen, however we do provide an induction cooktop with a milk pan, one small vessels , frying pan ,glasses, tea cups, plates with cutlery for preparing basic meals like breakfast and light snack. PLEASE NOTE : We do not provide any additional utensils or appliances apart from the ones mentioned above . There is a washing machine & RO water filter in the utility room on third floor . - Guests who wish to use the washing machine can hand over their clothes to the caretaker, he will get it washed. A nominal charge of ₹10 per clothing will be charged for washing the clothes in the machine. - Guests will be provided with RO water daily & can ask the caretaker to get the water filled as & when needed ( No extra charges for water). -Bedsheets , pillow covers & towels will be changed every alternate day after check-in. This apartment is located on the 1st floor. No elevator in the building. P.S: Kindly note at times there are power outages in Goa (sometimes more frequent). In such an event, there is an inverter back up -wherein 1 fan, 1 light & the Wi-Fi will work. Be mindful of noise levels. Respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Refrain from making excessive noise or playing loud music after 10pm. Other things to note Only the registered number of guests (who have shared their Government IDs) will be allowed in the apartment. Friends of guests or those not registered to stay are strictly not allowed to enter the guest rooms. Registration Details HOTN001174
