My 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome offers all the amenities you could want within walking distance of downtown. The floor plan is open with modern decor. The space The location, size, and amenities of our house is what makes it the perfect place. Downtown is less than a mile from my house, which makes it close enough to walk but far enough away from any of the noise. The house provides the perfect amount of space to do everything you would want to do in a home away from home. The furniture is very comfy and is perfect for relaxing. Friends and guests affectionately refer to our home as Hotel Herrington. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access You will have access to most of the items you would find in a hotel, including towels, linens and toiletries. You will also have access to a kitchen, appliances and cookware. The garage can park one car, features an EV charger (Universal Wall Connector Level 2) and includes access to a home gym. The garage also has outdoor furniture, games and tailgate supplies that you can use, just make sure you put everything back in the garage before you leave. You will have access to Apple TV with subscriptions to YouTube TV, Apple TV+ and Peacock. The house includes games (adults and kids), a high chair, pack n play, two bed rails, toddler inflatable bed, kids toys, kids plates and utensils and an infant bath. There are two queen air mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms that can be used. Please feel free to use the washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room whenever you like. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note There is a recycling bin in the garage. Please make sure to recycle all bottles, cans and paper in the bin. Prior to leaving, I would sincerely appreciate if you would remove all waste into the trash can located in front of the house (blue bin is for trash and green bin is for recycling). Please also kindly remove all used sheets and towels and place them in the washer, add a detergent pod and start the washing cycle. If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please kindly place the trash bin and recycling bin at the top of the drive way Wednesday night for pick up on Thursday.
