Large family home located in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne and close to the major sites of Occitania. In its green setting and around a large secure swimming pool, you will experience unforgettable moments with family or friends. On the border of Tarn and Haute-Garonne, you will discover the Pays de Cocagne, Lauragais, Toulouse, Albi, Revel, Castelnaudary and Carcassonne. Close to all amenities while being in the real countryside. The space Beautiful family home in "country chic" style in a wooded and shaded park with a large secure salt pool, where you can experience unforgettable moments. During the months of June, July and September, we welcome you for a week or more (from Saturday to Saturday) unless otherwise agreed with us. Ideal for families and friends. During the day, you can have lunch under the lime trees sheltered from the heat, and in the evening, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets around the pool, under the Balinese-inspired pool house. Summer will be there, and a large charcoal barbecue as well as an electric plancha will contribute to beautiful moments of relaxation and conviviality around grilled dishes based on fresh local products. Inside the house, you will find two living rooms, equipped with several sofas and televisions, as well as a large dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people around the table. The rooms are beautifully decorated and all in different colors. Of course, upon arrival, you will find the beds made and towels at your disposal. Many amenities are available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible (and in particular, for young parents, baby cribs, high chairs, booster seats, and stroller on request). For children, a trampoline, ping pong table, foosball table and bicycles will allow them to vary the activities on site. You can choose to stay on site, quietly, in the countryside, or to visit the surroundings, from Toulouse 40 minutes away (the "pink city", a must-see, aeronautical and space capital) to Carcassonne 30 minutes away (nestled on top of a hill in Languedoc, famous for its medieval city with its towers and ramparts) via Castres 20 minutes away (its houses on the Ajout, its Jardin de l'Évêché, its Lac de Montagnès) or Castelnaudary (20 minutes) and its famous cassoulet, on the sunny lands of Lauragais and Cathar country, not to mention Cordes-sur-Ciel and its cobbled streets (60 minutes), one of the most beautiful villages in France, a major European heritage site, a city of art and history embedded in stone. Right next door, you can also visit Revel and its market on Saturday morning, one of the most beautiful in France, or walk around Lake Saint-Ferréol and its nautical base, hike the Black Mountain trails or take a bike ride along the Canal du Midi. From a practical point of view, supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive (Revel or Puylaurens), not to mention the many markets in the surrounding towns and villages, where you will discover the many local products. For the pool, you will have maintenance twice a week to maintain quality water; bath towels will be at your disposal to make the most of it.
