Skyrange Acres

A fully self-contained 900 sq. ft. apartment in a beautiful rural setting, with a view of the continental divide. Walking paths on 13 acres, with outdoor picnic areas available during the summer months. It is located 14 miles from Salmon, Idaho. The space We are located 4 miles from the highway on a well-maintained gravel road. Quiet and peaceful. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 guests, or a family with up to four children. We like to say we live "on the edge of technology". Cell coverage is limited, but Wi-Fi calling works well with our recently upgraded high-speed internet. DISH TV is available with the basic channels. The apartment is fully self-contained, with a full kitchen (dishwasher, electric range with oven, microwave, disposal, and refrigerator). There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. There is a Nema 14-50 50 amp, 240 volt outlet available for EV charging. You will need to provide your own adapter. Please inquire for details. Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment. Apartment is located above our residence and has its own entrance. There is extra parking space available for hunters or other guests that may bring ATV's and/or Side by Sides, etc. Other things to note We are in a rural mountain location, and during the winter please be prepared for weather related situations. The road is well maintained, but caution is advised during the winter months. There is a picnic area and fire pit in our "meadow", which is available during the warmer months, However, due to summer fire restrictions, use of the fire pit is by permission and may be supervised. While power outages are not common, Skyrange Acres is equipped with a back-up generator. We have a very friendly dog that loves to greet our guests. We do not allow him outside if we know his presence might be objectionable, and he is kept indoors at night. Otherwise he is free to roam during the day.
