This beautiful, 2-bedroom, 765 sq ft condo right on the beach with a direct view of the sea is the perfect setting for your vacation in Palavas. Located on the 2nd floor of a new residence equipped with an elevator, the apartment comes with 2 dedicated parking spots and Air conditioning. The apartment has cross-ventilation with a 120 sq ft terrace facing south to the sea and a 35 sq ft patio off the kitchen. Tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped, you will feel right at home. The space TERRACE The large terrace faces south and overlooks the beach. There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean at any time. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, a microwave oven, an induction cooktop, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. There is also a drip coffemaker, a Nespresso machine, a Nestlé Special T tea machine, a KitchenAid blender, and a toaster. The cabinets are filled with cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans, towels, etc. Also at your disposal: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinagre, coffee, tea, sugar, and cleaning supplies. LIVING ROOM Enjoy the space of the large living room with a view of the sea. The sofa seats 4 with a day bed, and light armchairs and a large coffee table are perfect for quiet reading or apéritifs with family. The large Samsung Smart TV flat-screen television is connected to the internet via the Freebox Revolution box, and there is a Blu-ray/DVD player and an XBox 360 with games. The television sits on set of cabinets and there is a small armoire with shelves and a rod. An electric insect zapper and mobile air conditioner make summer evenings comfortable. In the living room near the kitchen, there is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably, a wine refrigerator, a raclette grill, and a tall Rowenta fan MASTER BEDROOM In the Master bedroom, there is a king-size bed for 2, nightstands on each side of the bed, and a tall Rowenta fan. A closet with a rod and hangers is also available. SECOND BEDROOM In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds and two nightstands. For your clothes, there is a small amoire with a rod and shelves. There is also a small table, a chair, a tall Rowenta fan and a small flat-screen television. BEDDING All of the Epeda-brand beds are new. The spring mattresses and boxprings are of excellent quality and very comfortable. Babies and small children are welcome. A pack-and-play can be provided upon request. BATHROOM There is a bathtub with upright shower, a bath rug, a sink, a laundry machine, a condensation dryer, a towel-dryer, shelves, a hair-dryer, and a hair-straightener in the bathroom. WC In the WC (separate lavatory) there are shelves with cleaning products and toilette paper. There are large and small towels and washcloths for 4 people. You will also find sheets and pillowcases for each bed. A steam iron, ironing table, and vacuum cleaner are also available. FOR THE BEACH In colorful baskets in the entry hall there are fun beach toys (paddles, raquets, bowling pins, balls, kites, etc. ) for your use. Guest access PARKING You will have access to 2 private parking spaces on the ground floor of the residence garage (the adjacent building decorated with bamboo). Other things to note Gatherings and parties are not allowed. We also request that you not bring any animals, as the apartment is not equipped for their comfort.
