An exceptionally clean private room and full bathroom are offered in a tranquil community of single-family houses, located near a picturesque lake park. The location provides convenient access to a shopping mall, supermarket, pharmacy, bus station, and the vibrant heart of Silicon Valley. Whether you are on a business trip or vacation, this accommodation guarantees a secure and comfortable stay. There is also a 5% discount for any stay longer than 30 days. The space We have two rooms available on the 2nd floor inside this new house to host our guests. This room has a Queen size bed, a large closet, a reading table and chair, and a 40" TV on the wall for your entertainment. The bathroom is for guests only. If the other room happens to be booked as well at the same time then it may need to be shared. Otherwise it would be used all by yourself. Guest access You have a microwave and a mini fridge for your light meals. No stove cooking. If you need to use a washing machine and a dryer to clean your clothes, there is an extra $5 fee per day times the total days of your stay. If your stay is 10 days then the total fee would be $50. The lovely backyard is accessible through a separate entrance. During your stay A friendly host is available all the time to assist your stay and help you as much as you would like to. Other things to note To keep the whole house and guest room extremely clean, no outside shoes will be allowed inside the house. Guests may wear slippers provided by the host. Room key deposit is $10 (cash) which will be returned back to the guest at the time of checking out. If going out, please return back before 11pm and the host will open the front door for you. No visitors.
