Botanical Gardens, Beautiful Edge Hill Convenience

Stay in Cairns Premier suburb Edge Hill, through the Botanical Gardens & foodies hub in the Village you arrive at your suite which is part of our Home. Walk to cafes, restaurants, deli, butchers, grocery store, Gardens, Tanks Art Centre & walking trails. Supermarket 3min drive. City 10min drive, easy access to highway north & airport. For travelling couples, work trips & individuals looking for a quiet space, No Kids. We live on top floor, 2 separate suites downstairs. Indicate ok with rules. The space Super clean & sanitised. Special attention to light switches, remotes, handles and surfaces. Modern decor, 1 bedroom self contained suite with large beautiful bathroom ensuite. Separate kitchen (basic requirements for 2 no oven but you can use mine if necessary) & lounge area, with desk & chair workspace. Good wifi connection, fly & security screened. Private entrance with shared patio area overlooking garden and street. Access to pool and undercover parking. Laundry at the back. Guest access We have 2 double carports. Please use the 2nd concrete driveway after the mailbox into the carport and park on the right of it please. Go under the veranda via short path. Suite B door on your left. Generally I will be available to welcome you for your stay or use keypad and enter. Other things to note There are 2 guests suites on the ground floor and both with separate entries. We live on the top floor. There is some noise from above especially around busy times morning & evenings which we try to limit. Also house over the road renovations have started generally 7:30am- 4pm Mon-Fri when guests are mostly out. The patio area, pool, laundry and carports are shared spaces with plenty of room for social distancing. We have 2 shy cats, they not a problem for those that are not keen on cats. Some early play generally not bothering guests when I ask about it. I provide guests coffee, tea and milk for short stays and to get you started on longer stays.The kitchen is self contained with induction cooktop, small Micowave Confection Oven but no regular oven, basic utensils ect for 2. There are grocery stores, chemist & doctors nearby plus an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants & bottle shop in the village. I do a wkly clean for longer stays.
