Our villa is situated near Vyšehrad and the Congress Center, just steps from Wenceslas Square. It boasts a garden perfect for BBQs, a spacious terrace offering breathtaking views, a heated pool, a hot tub, and a sauna (more information about the wellness fee below). Surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to trams leading to the Old Town. If you're seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat within close proximity to the Old Town, then this is the ideal destination for you. The space Our villa is the perfect place for your stay, whether you're traveling with friends, family, or colleagues. Please note that we do not accept reservations for celebratory purposes. Additionally, we kindly request that loud music is not played at any time during your stay, as our villa is designed for relaxation in the heart of Prague. It is intended for visitors who see Prague as more than just alcohol, Charles Bridge, and loud speakers blaring music on the terrace 24/7. Our villa is fully equipped to meet all your needs, whether you're here for business or pleasure. It features amenities such as a dishwasher, a large TV with internet access and various channels, Netflix, a PS5, table football, table tennis, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and much more for both short and extended stays. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is in a separate room and comes fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a large American refrigerator with an ice maker, a freezer, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a multifunction microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. We provide a full set of utensils, glasses, knives, pots, pans, and dishcloths. Complimentary coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tablets, detergents, and more are also provided. Both bathrooms are combined with toilets and come with a hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper, all ready for your convenience. Please make sure to note that there are stairs leading up to the property, and guests will need to be prepared to carry their belongings up the stairs upon arrival. Thank you. Guest access Our high-speed WIFI internet is available throughout the property, including by the swimming pool, and is unlimited for your exclusive use. For your convenience, we also provide an iron and ironing board. Our central heating system allows each apartment to control its own temperature. As for parking, we offer free street parking. Other things to note The cost of heating for the outdoor wellness facilities, including the cedar wood hot tub, sauna, and heated pool with saltwater and bubbles, maintaining high water quality, and providing extra wellness towels and bathrobes. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the current electricity prices are quite high. For single-night reservations, the rate is € 250 plus 2 nights reservation 300 € 3 nights resrvation 350€ 4 nights reservation 400€ 5 nights reservation 450€ 6 nights reservation 500€ Please note that the hot tub will not be warm at 3:00 PM during check-in, as we change the water after every reservation. Heating takes some time, so the hot tub will be fully heated later in the check in day. Kindly be aware that upon departure, a Prague government travel city tax of €2 per person per night is required. We understand that you might want to enjoy time with friends, and that is perfectly fine as long as you are not too loud and do not disturb our neighbors. Additionally, we kindly request that you observe Nighttime Quiet Hours, in accordance with the local noise ordinance, from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. During this time, we ask for your consideration in keeping noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all ours neighbors.
