Bedroom in Beautiful Sacramento

Bedroom near UC Davis Medical Center. Queen size bed; your own bathroom down the hallway; closet; and smartTV with Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu. House has washer/dryer and parking on driveway. Perfect for students interviewing and looking to walk to the center. You will be the only Airbnb guest in the house. I have a friendly dog named Chewie who will also be in the house. The space The bedroom is in a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The room has a queen size bed, clean sheets, clean towels, a closet, table with lamp, and chair. You will have your own bathroom in the hallway. The third room is used as an office and room for my dog, Chewie. You can use the office room or desk in the living room if needed. Guest access You may use the shared common areas, such as the kithchen (with plates, pans, coffee maker, etc), washer and dryer in the garage, and living room (with TV, sofa, etc). During your stay I will be staying the the master bedroom and will be available to welcome you when you arrive or can leave a key in a lock box outside when I am away. Please feel free to hang out if I am watching TV in the living room (you can also use it as much as you want). I might have a friend or two over once in a while and you are welcomed to hang out with us as well. Other things to note Only one of the rooms is rented out so you will be the only additional guest. Only guests listed and registered through the reservation will be allowed in the house unless communicated otherwise ahead of time. The third room is now an office and dog room. Friendly dogs are allowed and must stay in the dog room and backyard with my dog. There is a $25 fee per dog per night. Message me first if you are bringing a dog before booking.
