The house is located just a few minutes from Sant Jaume d'Enveja and Deltebre. The house has 7 bedrooms with a capacity for up to 20 people. It also has 10 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and comfortable dining room with a fireplace where you can enjoy a good meal and long conversations with friends. The richness of this zone makes it perfect for the enjoyment multiple outside activities with your family or friends. You can go to the beach, go fishing, play sports, sail to the river mouth, watch the local wildlife and vegetation, go hiking or bike riding, visit the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, discover its gastronomy and its native products, etc... We are available and on hand for any information or anything we can help you with during your stay. The Delta del Ebro offers a variety of touristic sites. You can delight yourself in this beautiful place and get to know it walking or biking, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended. There are many routes and activities to choose from in the Ebre Delta and nearby towns and villages. House Rules: - The minimum stay is 2 nights, except high season when the minimum stay is 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and bank holidays. - Check-in Time: From 3:00pm (July and August from 5pm). - Check-out Time: Until 11am (If availability allows, we are flexible). - The price includes towels and sheets (except beach towels). - Services Included (water and electricity). - The price of the stay will be added the amount of 1€ per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights and only for occupants over 16 years as a tax on stays in tourist establishments. - Parties are not allowed. - Groups under 25 years old not allowed. - For internal policy reasons, we remove all foodstuff left behind (salt, pepper, oil, ..). - Welcome/cleanning kit: 1 scouring pad, 1 dishcloth, 1 dish towel, 1 bottle of washing up liquid (30ml), 1 bar of hand soap, 2 bin bags, 1 kitchen roll, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Very Important: For reservations made through the Airbnb platform, it is essential to keep the following in mind: The base price includes up to 16 people, as Airbnb does not allow reservations for more than 16 guests. However, the house can accommodate up to 20 people. For each additional guest starting from the 17th, an extra cost of €25 per person per night applies and will be charged separately.
