Cabin on the River near Alto, NM

Small, quiet cabin near Alto. Minutes away from Sierra Blanca Ski area, Winter park, midtown Ruidoso, Inn of the Mountain Gods, Bonito, Alto & Grindstone Lakes, and Ruidoso Downs. Lots of hiking areas nearby. Studio style, level entry, open floor plan w/ a SMALL loft, perfect for kids to play. Sleeps up to 6. One bathroom w/ double sink. Kitchenette has fridge & microwave, no stove. Beautiful views w/private access to Bonito River right off deck.This area doesn’t flood. Covered area for parking. The space Very quiet neighborhood with private access to the Bonito River (Creek). The river is right off the back deck. Perfect for wildlife watching or to play in! This is a small cabin; 1 queen bed, 1 sofa sleeper and a daybed with a trundle (2 twin beds). There are no separate bedrooms, this is a studio. The cabin does have a Roku TV. You will need to sign into your own streaming services. The Kitchenette does not have a stove. We do live on the property, but the cabin is private. Other things to note A charcoal grill (You will need to bring your own supplies), microwave and electric skillet are available for alternate cooking. There is NO stove/oven. We will let you know if the grill is unavailable for use if fire restrictions prevent it's use. The Roku TV will require signing into your own streaming services. Please remember to sign out at the end of your stay. Parties are NOT allowed. We live on the same property. The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood with children and working families.
