Cozy Country Retreat

The Cozy Country Retreat is a quiet, peaceful location only 15 minutes to Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort, 25 to Casino Rama, 10 to the Opera House, Downtown, Restaurants, Groceries, Shopping and just 1 & 1/2 hrs from Toronto. Nestled in a valley with lots of chipmunks, ducks, ponds, wild turkeys and even deer who sometimes pass through to drink from the stream! The space Just down the road is a most beautiful Lake for swimming. It has a 500 foot reach of soft sand so you walk for quite a distance before you're out over your head. Great for kids and adults alike! Guest access There is ample parking for 4 on the terrazzo. Other things to note *Due to the rise again in Covid19, a negative test result is needed from guests to confirm. Heavy snowfalls will sound like thunder falling off the steel roof and can happen at any hour, so please park in the lower or upper terrazzo in winter. Nothing has ever happened to date, but better safe than sorry!
