Gîte Blanquet de Bernède

This 60 m2 accommodation, on the ground floor, is entirely for you. Surrounded by vineyards, it is 100 m from the Condom/Montréaldu Gers greenway, 6 km from Gondrin (by road or greenway) where you will find all amenities as well as a leisure center (open in summer). Parking is available in front of the house. The bed will be made upon arrival (linen included) The gîte allows you to be independent. Breakfasts are not provided. The space The bedroom is equipped with a bed (160 x 200) and, on request, for an extra charge (€15/day), I can add an extra bed (80 x 190). For stays of one week or more, if necessary, I will make my washing machine available to you. On request, I will provide you with a cot + high chair + small bathtub + changing pad. Wi-Fi available (fiber). The nearest food stores - grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, are 6 km away (open on Sunday mornings). Guest access The accommodation is composed of a living/dining room, a small equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room (with toilet) and has direct access to a small garden and parking that are reserved for you. Other things to note The accommodation is mainly heated by a wood burning stove (if necessary, lit upon arrival. Simple to use. Wood provided for the duration of your stay), a radiator in the bedroom and a towel dryer in the bathroom. At your disposal, maps, guides for your walks or bike rides, board games, a small selection of nearby sites to visit, restaurants, cultural places...
