Rock climbing, a cyclist’s haven, and hiking trails will be at your finger tips. 25-35 min to downtown Denver, Cherry Creek, and Boulder. Day trips to the mountains to ski and hike are popular from here! The space We take pride in keeping our place clean as possible during the cold and flu season. This apartment is perfect for a stay-cation, family friendly as well as suitable for working from home. Enjoy the 1,000 sq feet newly remodeled Carriage House apartment above the attached main house garage. Two bedrooms with a private bath. Sleeps six comfortably. Infant and kid friendly. Has a kitchenette with large fridge, stovetop, microwave & a large toaster oven (cooks 16” pizzas), and has a dinning/living room area. Has a laundry area with full sized washer and dryer, ironing board with iron. A four-wheel drive vehicle or one equipped with snow tires is highly recommended to transverse the driveway during snowy months (Oct-April). We are at 7,300’ elevation. We are afraid The Carriage House is not conducive for pets. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on circumstances. A $50 fee will be applied for either or a $100 fee for both if circumstances allow. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to guests with a separate, 24-hour entrance. Other things to note We are not a 420 friendly unit. No pot, vaping, or smoking allowed on the premise including storage. Violators will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. We live close to the interstate. A fan is provided to create white noise if desired. Guests 2 and over count towards your total party count. Under 2 are no extra charge.
