The space Authentic Norman-style house from the 1930s, this former family holiday home, aspires to receive visitors, travelers and friends for very pleasant stays. It is built in a 1 hectare park with a charming French garden with boxwood and iffs that is almost a hundred years old ! Inside, the house offers 5 double bedrooms including a master suite with a large terrace and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with WC. On each floor, a small living room with games and libraries. On the ground floor, dining room and living room with a very pretty fireplace and a tuned 1/4 grand piano. The kitchen, which can also serve as a second dining room, is fully equipped and traditionally furnished. 4 terraces complete the exterior including a sheltered terrace and another on the garden level. Guest access Located 5 minutes from the A28 motorway, 15 minutes from the Haras National du Pin, 1 hour 15 minutes from Caen, Deauville and Cabourg as well as only 2 hours from Paris, this charming property is fully fenced and has plenty of space for park cars and a charging point for electric cars. On request, Jean-François can also offer to pick you up and take you back to Sainte-Gauburge station (10 minutes by car), or to Aigle station (25 minutes by car). These two stations are served by trains from Paris-Montparnasse station.
