Now ready for summer fun The space Our modern walk up studio apartment offers , Recently added Solar panels to make us Carbon efficient, queen sized bed, full kitchen with a stove top/oven, full sized fridge, as well as a coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, and microwave. We have most dishes, silverware, and pots and pans available, but we will do our best to accommodate any extra items as needed. The bath is full sized with a tub and hair dryer. The private entrance offers access to a washer/dryer. We take Cleaning very Seriously, we wash all items after every guess. This includes all linens, bedding. We follow all Airbnb Covid CLEANING GUIDELINES. We are located on the border of Colchester and Essex near Lang Farms shopping and the Essex fairgrounds. Guest access private entry with washer and dryer. Courtyard area with two Adirondack chairs. more chairs are available. Great area for just sitting, barbecue etc. Other things to note Spring is here.
