Old fisherman's house of 45 m2, with veranda, terrace and parking space. Recent renovation. 10 min drive to the beautiful and large beaches (Le Verger, La Touesse, L'Anse Duguesclin...), 5 min walk to the pebble beach of the bay of Mont St Michel (see photos of the listing - possibility to swim there at high tide), 10 min by bike to the city center of Cancale as well as the port, La Houle, with its shops, restaurants... 12 km from St Malo. The space The 1st bedroom has a double bed. The second is furnished with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed on request. In the kitchen area you will find a large fridge + freezer, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, Senseo coffee maker, toaster. To boil water, we opted for induction stoves, which are very responsive. Towels and sheets are provided (included in the nightly rate). Bathroom side: shower, sink, washing machine, a little laundry to help out, toilet paper... Access to the bathroom is through the veranda, which is not heated (but the bathroom is, of course, with a fan heater - fast heating). Small detail: the bathroom has a low ceiling, The accommodation is of course equipped with a TV and internet/Wi-Fi.
