Separate toilet. Baby 'Trip Trap' chair. Other things to note WELCOME TO OUR APARTMENT 'ROGIER PALACE!' Some facts and agreements to make your stay optimal. 1. WASTE : Do not leave waste behind (will be deducted from the deposit). Residual waste can go in the garbage can in the kitchen, plastic bags under the counter. Upon departure you can drop the bags for 50 cents in an underground waste container in a 'Afvalstraat' on the Hospitaalstraat / Vogelmarkt (400m walk). There you can also leave glass, PMD and paper for free. 2. BED LINEN, TOWELS AND KITCHEN TOWELS. Upon arrival, each guest receives fresh bed linen and towels. Please remove the bed linen and mattress cover on departure, fold it up and leave it in the bathtub. Also put the used towels and kitchen towels there. 3. CULERY. Can be found in one of the drawers of the dining table. 4. ELECTRICITY BOX AND MAIN WATER TAP. You should not normally pay attention, in case of problems you can find everything behind the left mirror in the kitchen. 5. REFRIGERATOR. You turn on the thermostat at the top right of the fridge. When you leave, turn off the fridge and leave the door open. 6. MANUALS DEVICES. All available manuals are in a drawer of the kitchen table. Happy reading! 8. OVEN and MICROWAVE. The built-in oven is a combination hot air / microwave. Read the manual carefully so as not to make mistakes. 9. PARKING. In the Rogierlaan and surrounding streets there is paid parking until 20h. There is a free parking, not far away in the IEPENDREEF and surrounding streets. 10. VACUUM CLEANER and other useful stuff. Behind the curtain in the master bedroom you will find all kinds of useful things. 11. KEYS. On departure, please close all windows and the front door, you can leave the key in the wooden mailbox, in the entrance hall. Downstairs. Above the mailbox you can read our names: COPPENS/TONDER. 12. TV. There is a smart TV with Netflix subscription. 13. HEATING. The apartment heats up quickly. If you are not at home, turn off the heating, even when you leave, turn off all radiators. 14. HOT WATER. The electric boiler is behind the left door in the small bedroom. Above the sink there is a push button, if the light is on, then the boiler is on. Don't forget to turn off the boiler when you leave. 15. WIFI. The code and PW is on the sticker, which sticks to the right mirror in the kitchen. 16. ON DEPARTURE. - Radiators off - Lights out, switch water heater off - Turn off the fridge and leave the door open - Take off all bed linen, fold it and put it in the bath, also all towels used - Windows and patio doors closed - Keys in the mailbox in the gang hall - Drop all waste in the Afvalstraat or take it with you Enjoy your stay!
