FREE to charge. About 32 amps at the plug or approximately 30 miles per hour of charging for most cars. *High speed WiFi coverage of the entire house and the garden. *75" TV in the great room and a 65" TV in the master bedroom. Each with a bluetooth capable sound bar. Both TVs Chromecast ready. *Each bedside stand and the alcove have USB charging stations. Breakfast bar has USB outlets. Bring your own cable. *Propane fire table. *Propane patio heater. *Bedrooms and alcove have white noise generators. *Printer *Paper shredder. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. A 1/2 bath, i.e., no bath, is in the entryway/common space. Guests will need to share the en-suite bathing spaces depending on number of guests. Everything in the house is on level ground from the sidewalk to the garden in the back yard, excluding the master bedroom and master bedroom deck, which has two steps. City requires guests to park in the driveway. No street parking. We have room for three cars. Five if you want to go valet parking style. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house excluding the garage and the owner's apartment, which has a private entrance. Some cabinets or display cases may be locked. Guests also have exclusive use of back and side yards. Other things to note Garbage pickup is early Wednesday morning. So I, or someone, will be rummaging around the side yard Tuesday afternoon or evening to take the trash bins to the street. Also, street parking is very limited on garbage day, so I will be parking my car in the driveway Tuesday afternoon or evening. With a little effort, 5 cars can fit in the driveway.
