A convenient powder room is also located on this level. Spacious Bedrooms for All Guests The second floor is home to three beautifully furnished bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, a large closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private porch with seating. The queen bedroom features a smart TV and shares a hallway bath, while the third room with a twin daybed and trundle underneath has its own private bathroom, perfect for children or solo guests. Fun and Family-Friendly Ground Floor Designed for families, the ground floor features a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and trundles provides flexible sleeping space. A foosball table and access to a covered patio with an outdoor shower make this space a family favorite. A kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, beach towels, and games adds to the appeal, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bathroom completes the floor. Parking in driveway Only, 2 cars (max of 3 dependent on size). No street parking (ticket & tow area). -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property.
