The Cottage on Beach Road, Torquay

Welcome to our one-bedroom villa located in central Torquay - walking distance to beaches, restaurants and Torquay's famous surf shops. Our space offers a private getaway in a beautiful space with the Great Ocean Road on your doorstep. The space The Cottage on Beach Road is a gorgeous one-bedroom cottage with a Hamptons feel. Beautifully decorated, this brand-new accommodation features quality furnishings was well as TVs in the living and bedroom, a shaded courtyard with barbecue and private entrance (the Cottage is located in it's own landscaped/fenced off space behind a family home). The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom (the only access to this bathroom - and toilet - is via the main bedroom). A double sofa bed is also located in the living room. Guest access Access to The Cottage on Beach Road is via a separate landscaped walkway - parking is onsite for one vehicle. Outdoor spaces include a shaded courtyard as well as a sunny north-facing deck. Although the cottage is private with its own access - it does sit alongside a family home - so you may hear children playing. Other things to note *CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19 LOCKDOWNS * If you must cancel your stay due to Government lockdowns, we will refund all monies that we would have received for your booking. In exchange, we do ask that you do the right thing by us and cancel as soon as you know you can't stay. This gives us the chance open up the dates to others (for example, if you're from the Melbourne region and are in lockdown - if the rest of Victoria is open we may be lucky enough to get a booking from someone from regional Victoria).
