Spacious duplex in quiet neighborhood, close to parks, shopping and U of I The space Lots of space for families or groups to spread out. Guest access The house is a duplex but the only shared space is the laundry room near back door. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Please no smoking in the house. Violation subject to $250.00 fine. If you smoke, please smoke outside please use patio in back yard. There are chairs and tables available and please pick up any cigarette butts. 2. Any spills or damage please report immediately. We understand mistakes happen but would like to assist you with clean up if necessary. 3. Guest who confirmed the reservation is the responsible party for any damages or fines incurred. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! ***Absolutely NO parties are allowed.
