LakeFront Retreat. This is a 3 bedroom chalet waterfront on Deer Lake in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates (WLE). Throw a rock from the back deck into the lake- that is how close you are. Deer Lake is a non motor boating lake within the WLE community. Row your canoe to the island or around the lake. Launch it right from the property. Large deck is ground level to the lakefront. Relax on the deck as you watch the kids play lakeside. Enjoy your evenings around the fire pit. The space First Floor has living room, Dining room, and Kitchen. Fireplace. Downstairs has a game room with a foosball table and air hockey table. Upstairs is a split level, one level boasting a masterbed room with ensuite. Top Floor offering 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King. One bedroom is a bunk bed with Queen bed on bottom and single bed on top. One Bedroom has a Queen. 2 small roll away beds available. Basement game room has a pull out double futon. Walk to Lake Wallenpaupack, indoor pool, the game room, and Deer Lake Beach, pool, volleyball counts from this location! Want to "unplug"? Want to kids to play instead of watching TV? This house does not offer cable TV. Wireless internet provides access to your personal Netflix subscription, etc. if needed. We now have AC thru-out the whole house. Wallenpaupack Lake Estates includes 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool with a sauna, three lakefront beaches, a game room for kids, snack bar, tennis, volleyball, skate park, marina, gym, and many seasonal activities geared toward families. Guest access Whole house Other things to note I request proof of ID at the time of booking, such driver's license, or other ID with your name on it (feel free to cover driver's license numbers). I do this to confirm that someone's AIRBNB account was not hacked and this is in fact you who are booking :) I will typically request a phone call as well within 48 hours of booking, to answer any questions you have (or I have), to review some of the HOA rules. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation should ID not be provided to me, or if after we speak I feel that the reservation does not meet your guest needs, or align with the HOA/Township rules. Please know that the Township only allows up to 3 cars, and up to 3 unrelated guests. Fall,spring, winter: 3 night minimum. Feel free to ask if you only need 2 nights. Late spring-Sept: 7 night minimum. Feel free to ask if you need less.
