SerenityNow! is a 3 story 4 bedroom house with an additional bonus room on the first floor. The first floor bonus room includes a large living area, 2 sets of bunkbeds and a large TV/entertainment area perfect for entertaining kids of all ages. The top (3rd floor) level features an open floor-plan living room/dining room/kitchen area with 360 degree views of the beach and Pacific City. The upstairs view of Haystack/Teacup rock is breathtaking!! Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the brand new/super cozy U-shaped wrap around couch, large dining table, oversized reading chair or quaint window seat. The top level also features a fully equipped kitchen, full bedroom and bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor, including a full master suite (w King bed and private bathroom), a second bedroom w/ king sized bed, a third bedroom with queen bed and set of bunkbeds and a large third bathroom with separate vanity area. The second level also boasts a large mudroom/laundry room for drying towels and washing your feet and clothes :) The house will be all yours during your stay. We have a professional cleaning crew and friends in the neighborhood so please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions about the house or the area. I am very responsive and will do my best to accommodate any reasonable requests. KIWANDA SHORES: is a private gated community of quality homes steps from the beach in Pacific City. CAPE KIWANDA: Features world class coastal hang gliding at the Oregon Hang Gliding School, surfing at Cape Kiwanda’s southern end and sand boarding in the dunes of Cape Kiwanda. FOOD OPTIONS: Grab a morning coffee at Stimulus Cafe and breakfast treats at Grateful Bread. Sample local craft beer at Pelican Brewery and specialty pies at Doryland Pizza or grab dinner and drinks at the brand new upscale Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa! PETS Guests may bring 1 (or 2 max) well behaved dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS include two brand new oversized flat screen smart HD TVs with Charter Cable, WiFi throughout for streaming Netflix and plenty of board games and puzzles. The house is also close to restaurants,shopping, dory & river fishing, horseback riding and lots more! EXTRA GUESTS Please let me know the true number of guests in your party and number of cars you expect to have at the house during your stay. There are additional costs for extra cleaning time and supplies with larger groups. If you would like to add more guests at the last minute please let me know and I will gladly add them to your reservation. BONFIRES, FIRES and FIREWORKS are all BANNED anywhere in Kiwanda Shores. Beach grass is EXTREMELY flammable and fires can spread uncontrollably in minutes!! SMOKING allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. SAND REMOVAL If you bring your Beach Toys please leave them outside in the parking area or on the deck. Please rinse off excessive sand outside. There is an outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
