The view of Schio from the terrace is wonderful. The house welcomes those who want to disconnect from the hectic life and relax in the tranquility of nature. Despite being the closest holiday home to the famous Route of the 52 Tunnels of Pasubio, S. Caterina del Tretto is a new tourist destination. The space The house is located in Contrà Facci, an ancient district of the Tretto located in the middle of Monte Novegno (750m above sea level) and easily reachable from Schio in just 15min. The fresco on the capital dates back to 1840, but a skilful renovation made it possible to equip the house with all the comforts, while leaving the charm of the house unchanged. The gurgling of the fountain, the view and the tranquility that you breathe, make time stop here. The house has 3 floors: On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron available to all guests. On the first floor there is a large living room with wood-burning stube and terrace, from which you can enjoy an enviable view of the Val Leogra and Schio. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom with shower and the cozy double bedroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a double bed in the loft and a bathroom with shower. The house has a large garden with orchard, is in a quiet place and only borders on another holiday home. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the basement that we use as private closet. Guests have access to the entire garden. Other things to note It is possible to organize excursions on foot, by bicycle (also electric) accompanied by expert guides. It is preferable to book these activities early.
