I am happy to see your interest in the accommodation, I am really on top of the general condition of all the elements in the apartment as well as the CLEANLINESS! We have carefully decorated to welcome you as best we can so that you can have memorable moments. The apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, dining area and living room, quality sofa bed. Upstairs bedroom with 2 double beds, TV, DVD, dresser, accessible by a miller's staircase. Bathroom and toilet all in natural stone on the ground floor. Entrance with wardrobe. Electric roller shutters. Electric inertia radiators. Ski locker in the entrance hall. 3 Sleds, board games, books, Nintendo Nes and DVD players are available. Appliances: Combined microwave oven, plancha, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, raclette, fondue, croque monsieur, kettle, toaster. For summer, outdoor table with umbrella and electric barbecue. Household products are provided. Linens and towels available at extra cost. 2 sets of keys 🔑 are provided in the accommodation. There's no Wi-Fi Guest access F2 apartment on the 1st and top floor. Ski locker on the ground floor. Other things to note Additional rules: - Mandatory incoming and outgoing inventory - A cleaning deposit of €80 is required and sent within 6 days by mail to the address on the 2 documents that I will send you by email. - €580 security deposit through Airbnb - Please put all accessories back in their place before you leave. - The tenant agrees to respect the premises and people, in the use of the common areas, day and night, and this in respect of the neighbors, noise nuisances are not accepted. -If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, and without prior agreement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract. -The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. - No pets allowed. -The owner is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following a stay in the apartment. - The tenant is responsible for the costs incurred by improper use of the rented property and equipment or for not having left it in good order. I repeat for the state of cleanliness on your departure, hair, fur, dust and feces must not appear, simply so that the following tenants do not have any unpleasant surprises, thank you.
