Each of our private seven spacious en-suite rooms has been individually decorated with attention to detail and a touch of personality. All rooms include either a queen extra-length bed, two ¾ extra length beds, a double bed and one room boasts a Super King Bed, crisp personalised linen, air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming services, and tea/coffee facilities. Start your day with a delicious breakfast served on the sea-facing patio, where you might catch dolphins playing in the waves. Spend lazy afternoons lounging by the sparkling pool or reading in the shaded garden. For business travellers, our private lounge and boardroom offer a quiet space to work or meet. Guest access All our guest rooms are entirely private and thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Each room features its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please, as well as a full private en-suite bathroom for your exclusive use. Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy all the shared spaces that make Seaview Manor so special. These include our spacious ocean-view terrace and patio, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks as well as the swimming pool, tranquil garden dining area, and the elegant business lounge for those who may need to catch up on work or host a small meeting. Secure on-site parking is also available for your peace of mind. In essence, while your room is private, you’re also invited to make yourself at home throughout the property. It’s a little (or rather generously sized) home away from home, with the charm, comfort, and warmth of a truly welcoming stay. To help set expectations and make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few helpful details: 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: From 14:00 - but we’re flexible! Just let us know your expected arrival time so we can be ready to welcome you. • Check-out: By 11:00 We are more than happy to arrange early check-ins, luggage drop-offs or late check-outs, just keep us informed. 📋 Quick & Easy Check-In Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a simple online registration form. Completing it ahead of time means a smooth and speedy check-in when you arrive, simply collect your keys drop off your luggage and start enjoying your stay. 🍳 Breakfast Time A delicious breakfast is served daily between 06:00 and 10:00. If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, just let us know, we’re happy to accommodate where we can. We get it that you may have to catch an early flight or be on the road by 3am, no stress, we will be up to greet you with a cup of coffee, a padkos bag and a friendly goodbye. 🏡 Your Space & Shared Areas Each of our rooms is private, with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom. We just ask that you take responsibility for them while they’re on the property. If a visitor decides to stay overnight, please let us know, an additional guest charge will apply. 🔐 Safety First The property is access-controlled and monitored by professional security for your peace of mind. Please remember to close the gate properly when coming or going. 🐒 Monkey Business We share our beautiful surroundings with some curious (and clever) vervet monkeys. They’re part of the charm, but please don’t feed them and keep food out of reach to avoid any unexpected visitors! 🚭 Smoking All rooms are strictly non-smoking, but we do have designated outdoor areas where you’re welcome to smoke.
