A cozy modern private pool resort. Party and stay for the day at the social hall or swimming and stargazing on a late evening by the pool. Clean and open space for party, wedding reception, baptismal, debut, team building, offsite and meeting out. The spacious pavilion with good air circulation will give you a realaxing feeling. Guest can access the enclosed Karaoke Room, BBQ and Bar area, Billiard and dart hall and other amenities. Guest access Guest can access on all Facility: Swimming pool, bedrooms with own toilet and bath, karaoke room, Kitchen and BBQ Area and Pavilion Area. Except the small bldg. facing the pool is for our own private use. Other things to note General Rules: -loud noises (shouting, rough-playing around the pool) is not allowed from 10PM to 6AM. - Do not move out / change things inside the room. If you break something you pay the damage. - Please keep in mind that Karaoke machine is free but if the microphone is the damaged by you or your group, you will be charged. (bringing sound system are not allowed) - Cooking and grilling should be done in the outdoor or grilling area only. NO GRILLING FROM 10PM to 7AM. - Electric Griller / other similar appliances is not allowed since it has a hig wattage and griller is available in the area. - A strictly no smoking inside the bedroom, Karaoke room, toilet and bathroom, most especially at the pool and pool side area. He have a designated smoking area and the cigarette butts will only end up on the ash tray. - Wear proper swimming attire. - No diving, no eating, drinking in the swimming pool. - No pets allowed. - The Resort / Management are not liable for any unforeseen personal / vehicle injuries / accident to guest during their stay. Be responsible. - Please refrain from leaving your valuable unattended. - Always close the door of your room because the insects might get in. A key will be provided for each room. - Save mother earth, turn off lights and water when not in use. - Parties and Events: No sticking of Banners, posters and balloons on the walls. Poster wall area will be provided (4”x6”). No double sided tapes, nails, Japanese papers and party poppers. - No littering. As much as possible please keep our area clean so others can enjoy. - No swimming 1 hour before check out time to give way for cleaning the pool. - Before check out we will ensure no damages made on the resort and in our rooms including all items, linens, sheets, pillow, pillow case etc. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Do not forget to bring dining utensils, we only provide basic cooking utensils. - Please do bring your Blanket, towels and toiletries. - Please note that the resort is located in the tropical country, there will be seasonal mosquitoes, flies, rice bugs, ants coming from Outside the property most especially during the rainy season., but rest assured that we make sure our resort is clean and pest free. - Convinience store is just outside the village where you can buy cube ice, charcoal and other stuff you need. - A Caretaker will always be present to assist you but please do respect that he is there to check if everything is in good condition.
