Perfect for solo travellers, couples, or friends. The space Our private en-suite bathroom is modern and well-maintained, and your room comes equipped with tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience. Located on the ground floor, the room is easily accessible—no stairs required. We provide fresh bed linen and towels, and the space is cleaned and sanitised thoroughly in accordance with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols. We have set up a mini self-catering kitchen in our utility room exclusively for guest use. It includes a microwave, single hob stove, mini fridge, toaster, as well as washing and drying machines—all complimentary. Please see the attached photos for reference. You’re welcome to use the washing and drying machines during your stay at no extra cost. We also provide washing powder and fabric softener. While our standard check-out time is 10:00 am, we're flexible. If we don’t have another booking on your departure day, we’re happy to offer a later check-out—just let us know if you need it. My husband and I are usually around and happy to chat or offer tips about the area, but we’ll always respect your privacy.
