The space Welcome to our comfortable, furnished and equipped studio for a pleasant and self-contained stay! A stone's throw from the green park of Cointe and close to all amenities, this studio is ideal for short or long term stays. Access is secured with a key box, and free parking is easy on the street. It's all here to enhance your stay. The studio sleeps up to 4 with a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (separated by a curtain). The well-equipped kitchen includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a mini freezer to meet all your needs. The bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. Enjoy the private terrace and shared garden (currently under construction). Rates are decreasing depending on the length of stay. Guest access A central and convenient location! - Check-in is done independently with a code box, for which you will receive information on the day of your arrival (unique code for each guest). If you arrive after 6 p.m., a second code will be required to access the main entrance hall. - Access is easy, whether by public transport or car, with simple parking on the public road, or an indoor parking space available for an additional fee. - The studio is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the train station (direct access via stairs) and 15 minutes from the city center. A bus stop in front of the building also takes you there easily. Other things to note House Rules: * The number of people in the accommodation must not exceed the number indicated when the booking is confirmed. * Parties and evenings: Prohibited, to respect the calm of the neighborhood. * No smoking: Smoking inside is not allowed. A fee will be charged for non-compliance. * Animals: Allowed under certain conditions, please contact us for more details. * Baby cot: Available upon request and prior confirmation. Check-in and check-out conditions: * Weekdays: Check-in after 2 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m. * Weekends, holidays and school holidays: Check-in after 4 p.m. Check-out before 10 a.m. Failure to comply with schedules may result in additional charges to cover the management and preparation of the accommodation.
