Lovely room with one single bed, desk & chair in two-story home with pool, 10 mins from CBD opposite park, tennis courts & oval. Tea, coffee & toast available for breakfast and use of kitchen utensils & microwave. Shared bathroom with any other guests Dining, lounge and kitchen shared with 69 year old female. A lounge upstairs is available too. Use of solar-heated pool + lounges inc. Off-street parking + free on-street parking. A short walk to the bus stop & 10-15 minute bus to the city The space The house was built 20 years ago and is furnished with modern and fresh decore as well as an array of trinkets collected from travels around the world! The backyard is perfect for reading by the pool or pop over to the park across the road for a walk and enjoy the family friendly neighbourhood. Additional guests $20 per night. (current price is set for 1 person) Guest access Lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, pool, private bedroom During your stay We'll be there for at least part of each day and Air B & B guests are welcome to join us in the common areas and socialise as much or as little as you please. I've spent many years travelling the world and had international students, guests and friends stay and be part of the family. If you want advice on local areas we're more than happy to help out; or are happy to give you maximum privacy and space.
