The house is close to the train station, metro and shops (walking distance: bakery, tobacco shop, butcher shop, wine shop...), the neighborhood is quiet. If you come by car, it's very easy to park on the street (there's always room) The house is not large (80 m2) but you will find all the comforts you need. Guests can take advantage of its amenities and of course the garden and terrace ;-) Small clarification for people with allergies, we have a cat. Welcome! The space Bed and bath linens are provided. Terrace and garden are accessible to all guests of course! The neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet and appreciated for its proximity to the city center (Clémenceau metro station is a 7-minute walk from the house, which will take you to the historic center of Rennes; various bus stops are also close to the house). A must-see: the Ste Thérèse Market which takes place every Wednesday morning... our famous sausage cake, food products in general and many clothing merchants (including branded clothing for shopping addicts) await you, so... let yourself be seduced!
