Description
Casa Marinella is a bright apartment on the first floor of a two-level house that directly overlooks a small beach. Its view of the sea, the nearby marina, the ancient Tonnara di Marzamemi, and the Brancati Island is unparalleled. We are waiting for you! ;) The space The apartment is very spacious and is divided into a sleeping area and a living area. The first includes three double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, and a washing machine; the living area instead includes the living room and the kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea. The two balconies respectively overlook via Trifoglio and the bay: this is accessible from the ground floor thanks to the private access passage equipped with an external shower. In addition, a staircase leads from the living room to the large equipped roof terrace, which offers an amazing view and the possibility to eat outside. Casa Marinella is furnished in a modern and welcoming way, in shades of white and ocean blue. Other things to note We kindly ask you to: 1. hand over the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person upon arrival - this tax is applied only on the first 5 days of stay; 2. avoid leaving uncleaned dishes; 3. dispose of the garbage as indicated in the local instructions; 4. arrive on time (usually set for 4 pm) and, in case you incur any problems, send a message to Lucia who will bring you the keys. Marzamemi is an excellent starting point to explore the wonderful jewels of south-eastern Sicily such as Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse, enchanting and evocative places, well known to the lovers of Inspector Montalbano TV series, created by the Andrea Camilleri. The most beautiful beaches are all around: to the north, you will find the Oasis of Vendicari (Cala Mosche, the Tonnara, and the Cittadella beaches are particularly beautiful), the blue sea of S. Lorenzo, and the beach of Morghella, while you will have the suggestive beaches, Isola delle Correnti, up to Cava d'Aliga and Punta Secca (Montalbano again!!) to the west.
