Our apartments are located in Pécs, about 100 m from the western entrance of the Zsolnay quarter, in a quiet little street next to the city center. From our family house in our own area, we transform several apartment apartments, from which the 5 people on the north side is about 36 m2 and about 26 m2 for 4 people on the west side, they have undergone a full renovation, they are one floor. The rest of the apartments are slowly and quietly renovated without disturbing the guests. NTAK registration number: MA21007611 The space Sleeps in apartments: Apartment for 5 persons 1-5 persons (6 persons on extra bed) Apartment premises: kitchen - lobby 1 double room (2 x 90x190cm sofa bed) 1 triple room (3 x 90x190cm couch) bathroom with shower and toilet - extra bed to normal as needed - equipped kitchen: gas stove, fridge (with freezer), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking pots, glasses, plates - bathroom: hair dryer, iron - TV in the triple room - WIFI - underfloor heating - windows have shutters and mosquito nets - 2 x fans in summer Apartment for 4 people 1-4 people Apartment premises: kitchen - living room (with sofa, folded 1 person,- opened for 2 people; 80+82x194cm) 1 double room (2 x 90x190cm sofa bed) bathroom with shower and toilet - equipped kitchen: double induction hob, fridge (with freezer part), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking pots, glasses, plates - bathroom: hair dryer, iron - TV in living room - WIFI - underfloor heating - windows have shutters and mosquito nets - 2 x fans in summer courtyard with table and chairs parking on the street free of charge (if it is absolutely necessary in the courtyard, but the entrance is narrowest, the narrowest at the gate is 2.28 m wide and 2.1 m high !) Smoking is allowed in the courtyard. Guest access The guest uses the entire 5-person apartment and the courtyard shared with the 4-person apartment. Other things to note Hosting policy The apartments are private, closed courtyard, one-story houses located on a small street in the old downtown. For the peace of mind of our other guests and the neighbors around us, the house is not for rent for party purposes, for any loud/noisy activities, for coming and going after 10pm, for couples "occasions", or for people under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic drugs, or for people who do not know the basic rules of behavior, regardless of whether they have a valid reservation ! No smoking in the apartments! No pets allowed! Our guests are not allowed to host their own guests in the area of the apartments! Registration Details MA21007611
