START Apartments for 5 people with extra beds

Our apartments are located in Pécs, about 100 m from the western entrance of the Zsolnay quarter, in a quiet little street next to the city center. We are creating several apartments from our family house on our own territory, of which the 5-person apartment on the north side is approx. 36 m2 and the 4-person apartment on the west side is approx. 26 m2, they have been completely renovated, they are single-level. The other apartments will be renovated slowly, quietly, without disturbing the guests. NTAK registration number: MA21007611 The space Number of beds in apartments: 1-5 people in a 5-person apartment (6th person on an extra bed) Apartment rooms: kitchen - foyer 1 double room (2 90x190cm beds) 1 triple room (3 90x190cm beds) bathroom with shower and toilet - normal extra bed if needed - equipped kitchen: gas stove, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, cutlery, cookware, glasses, plates - bathroom: hairdryer, iron - TV in the triple room - WIFI - floor heating - windows are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets - 2 fans in summer 1-4 people in a 4-person apartment Apartment rooms: kitchen - living room (with sofa, folded for 1 person,- opened for 2 people; 80+82x194cm) 1 double room (2 90x190cm beds) bathroom with shower and toilet - equipped kitchen: double induction hob, fridge (with freezer), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cookware, glasses, plates - bathroom: hairdryer, iron - TV in the living room - WIFI - floor heating - windows are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets - 2 fans in summer yard with table, chairs parking on the street free of charge (if absolutely necessary in the yard, but the entrance is narrow, the narrowest at the gate is 2.28 m wide and 2.1 m high !) You can smoke in the yard. Guest access The guest uses the entire 5-person apartment and the courtyard shared with the 4-person apartment. Other things to note Hospitality policy The apartments are their own, closed courtyard, one-storey houses located on a small street in the old town. For the peace of mind of our other guests and the neighbors around us, the house is not available for parties, any loud/noisy activities, nightly arrivals and departures after 10 pm, couples' "occasions", or for people under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances, or who do not know the basic rules of conduct, regardless of whether they have a valid reservation!
