The large windows overlook Dry Run Cove and also has a great view of the main channel. This beautiful home has two Master Suites - one upstairs and one downstairs. You are welcome to the entire home. This quiet, secluded lake house is just that- quiet and secluded. It is on a dead-end road with corp of engineer property within walking distance. The neighbors are so friendly and enjoy fishing and boating. The property is large enough that you will have no interaction with neighbors unless you choose to, except to wave hello as you pass. It is about a 30 minute drive to Mountain Home; but there is a convenient store at Persimmon Point Resort, just down the road. There is another convenient store, liquor store and restaurant at the AR-MO state line. Branson is approximately an 80-mile drive. Oakland Marina is located approximately 2 miles from the house by car. Bull Shoals Boat Dock is about 5 miles from dock by boat. You can rent waverunners, boats, and other equipment from either place.
