Fast WIFI and plenty of natural light, centrally located with great public transport options, including the famous 28 tram. This neighborhood is a haven for those wanting the quiet local experience. The space Brand new renovation by an award-winning architect. This space belonged to the neighborhood hairdresser and has been completely renovated from the ground up. Large windows facing the street let in lots of light. We have fast and reliable 100 Mbps internet. The router is located in the apartment. The bedroom has a very comfortable mattress, soft sheets, great pillows, and an en-suite bathroom. Our kitchen has all of the basic necessities to cook and eat a meal, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker. There is a brand new washing machine (inside the bedroom), but no dryer (drying rack is provided). If you prefer to have someone wash and dry for you, there is a laundry service around the corner. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment and there has never been. This is a residential neighborhood, and loud parties and music are also not permitted to respect our neighbors.
