Hiking Trail House

Peaceful house in a lovely setting with views from your private patio. Fireplace and bathtub. Hiking/biking trails are just short walk away. Minutes from dining, movies, supermarket yet tucked away near the Sugarloaf hiking trail system (which connects to many trails). Separate studio behind house shares some outdoor and BBQ space. Fenced yard/patio with views. Indoor/outdoor dining. Comfortable king bed and memory foam twins/king. Desk, full kitchen, shared washer/dryer, barbecue. The space Environmentally friendly, saltillo tile floors, recycling. Kitchen has microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fully equipped, large fridge, stove and filtered water. There is 1/2 flight of stairs up to front door, but once in the door, the home is a single level. Cooling is a swamp cooler and an air conditioner in the living room, air conditioning and fans in bedrooms. There is a small studio Airbnb in the back of the property, with a shared washer/dryer in between the spaces. Both spaces have their own separate patios and may also share some of the multiple outdoor spaces, plenty for everyone, including hammock, swing chair and BBQ. We do not allow pets and are unable to accomodate service dogs due to my daughters allergies. We are an eco friendly household. We do not allow animals on the property, encourage preserving lighting, cooling and heat. We offer recycling and use cloth rags and napkins vs. paper towels. Guest access House is private and has private seating out front. Some outdoor seating spaces are shared. Laundry is accessed and shared by house and studio apartment. Other things to note This home is in West Sedona, my favorite area in our sweet town. West Sedona is where the movie theaters are as well as shopping, hiking, galleries and so many restaurants. We have Harkins 6 and the Mary Fisher Sedona International Film Festival theater, all within walking distance where almost every night you can view a conscious movie or documentary.
