Vimala Voga offers a tranquil retreat with a private garden, deck, and yurt. Enjoy books from our extensive collection, singing bowls, and other instruments in this 2-bedroom home.We are located in quiet spread out residential neighborhood steps from dune trails and miles of empty beaches. Our rental features a luxurious California King bed, a Queen with a desk, and a serene living space. Ideal for relaxation and creative inspiration this space was designed with a lot of love and intention. The space The living room has vaulted ceilings with eco friendly bamboo flooring throughout the house. We have a wide selection of books, strong wifi and a flat screen smart TV. Our kitchen has a retro feel with subway tiles and granite counter tops. Our stove is a vintage gas Wedgewood and we have Smeg appliances that make you feel like you have stepped back in time. Our bedrooms have cotton sheets and down comforters as our goal is for you to sleep well and leave feeling rejuvenated. We have a full bathroom with on demand hot water, bathtub and shower. We offer all the basics you may need so that you can pack light and feel like you have everything when you arrive. ( please see amenity list). Please note there is no AC in the house, only heat. Temperatures rarely go over 70 degrees outside on most days and there is a nice cool ocean breeze. Guest access You can park in front of our gate. There is plenty of parking for 1-2 cars. Our house is fully fenced and private. We do have two Vintage Airstreams on our property that are accessed from a separate entrance and fully fenced from the private yard. There is a side door that accesses the part of the property where Airstreams reside but that door is to remain locked and curtains closed to ensure privacy for our Airstream guest. We have a 16 foot yurt on the property that is yours to use for yoga, exercise, kids play room or whatever your heart desires. We also have garden beds with herbs for cooking, berries and other veggies you can enjoy while in season. Other things to note We are located between Eureka and Arcata on the Samoa peninsula. We are about 45 minutes from Redwood State Park and have a guide book with local tips for your stay. We prefer to communicate via the Airbnb app due to having other listings and this mode being the easiest to keep track. We do allow dogs but this information needs to be included in your reservation as there is an additional fee of $50 per dog. Host must be notified of pets and added to your reservation. We do not allow pets to be left unattended or on furniture. We do not allow cats.
