There’s no TV in the room because it’s perfect to sleep, lounge, or relax after any adventurous day. Ideal and best suited for female guests. Also, guest should be vaccinated with COVID-19 shot. The space Guests will like how quiet and spacious it is. Guest access Guests can access laundry (located in garage); front yard patio; separate guest restroom; kitchen sink and microwave and dining table. During your stay I live in the same house so I’ll be available for guests on the spot, and will be able to text or call. When a guest books with me, I will attempt to reach out by phone prior to the date of reservation to greet and meet/ talk about their upcoming stay to become familiar with their itinerary/ and screen for COVID-19 exposure. Other things to note The neighborhood is pedestrian and bike friendly. There is sidewalks.
