Backyard Oasis- Hot tub/Sauna/outdoor Pool

This modern suite located in lower level of my home is bright and spacious. It offers complete privacy with your own back door entrance, bathroom, bedroom and some kitchen amenities. La Piece de Resistance is of course the Backyard Oasis! It features a large heated in ground pool, deck, hot tub, and the newest edition in 2021- brand new outdoor Sauna located in new pool house! Cleaning and disinfecting protocols adhering to COVID-19 standards to ensure your stay is safe. The space My cozy guest suite offers a queen size bed with comfy duvet and pillows. There is a sectional sofa bed which can be opened into another double bed, fireplace and TV with free Netflix and other movie channels perfect for a evening in. Free Wifi. The kitchen area has a cabinet with all essentials like dishes and glassware. There’s a Keurig, coffee pods, milk/creamers are provided, a toaster, kettle and assortment of teas, microwave and mini fridge. The mini fridge contains bottled water. All linens provided and extra blankets found in the ottoman. The bathroom contains a vanity, toilet and glass shower and toiletries like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and bath towels are all provided. A peg board containing a hair dryer and other essentials like Q-tips, cotton pads and band aids. The backyard offers pool loungers for sun bathing and umbrellas for those seeking the shade. Pool floats and a comfy conversation area. The deck features a gazebo covered dining area perfect for a meal outdoors. Let’s not forget the Hot Tub! It features 82 jets which can be adjusted in intensity at each seat location (8 seats) and lighting to enhance the mood in the evenings. Also new in summer of 2021 an outdoor sauna! Guest access Guests enter from a private back door entrance with keyless entry. You will enjoy full access to backyard which includes the in-ground pool, deck and BBQ in the summer months (pool closed September-April) and new sauna & hot tub all year round. Other things to note I am born and raised in Niagara Falls and would love to share the wonderful sights, tastes and experiences that this city has to offer. There many great tourist attractions within a short distance (10mins) over 100 wineries in the Niagara Peninsula, shopping and great local eateries. I’m also a Registered Massage therapist, practicing for 25 years and my home office is just a few steps up from your accommodations. I could provide a therapeutic treatment or a relaxing massage and can direct bill to several of the major insurance carriers if you have Extended Health Care Benefits. I charge $60 for 30mins, $80 for 45mins and $100 for one hour treatments. Looking for a romantic getaway? Couples retreat? Look no further! How about booking a Massage treatment? Or a charcuterie board and wine pairing to enjoy in the privacy of your suite or outside? Charcuterie board is $80 and includes a selection of cured meats and cheeses, olives/pickles, grapes, crackers and dips and either red or white wine or bottle of champagne. Celebrating something special? I can arrange for flowers, balloons, wine and chocolate treats to be placed in the suite to surprise that special someone.
