Come experience tiny living on the emerald coast! The shaker cottage has been completely renovated and is only a 2 minute walk from the ocean! Enjoy our tankless water heater system with endless hot showers; unlimited WiFi; Xfinity HD cable; functioning kitchen; full bath; new purple gel mattress; fresh linens; complimentary coffee; one block from the ocean! The tiny house is centrally located and has been created for the guest and is for the sole use of the guest. The space The space is compact so please consider this when booking. The shaker cottage has been renovated from flooring to ceiling, so everything is brand new in the cottage! Style is all American with a coastal appeal including a touch of rustic, retro, and county. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage with a pebbled patio area with a fence. (Please note: there is no gate, so the yard is not fully enclosed, so if you bring your pup, bring a leash) Also, an individual parking area in front of the fence. The gazebo on the property is allowed to be used by the guests as well. Other things to note The cottage is located on a property near our main house, which is a triplex. The tenants are long term and keep to themselves, working full time. The tenants know about the Airbnb and since the cottage has its own yard area, they do not come by. (The yard area has a privacy fence and is not fully enclosed) For our tall guests, please note that the bedroom ceiling is 8ft tall, the kitchen is 7ft tall, the bathroom is 7ft tall, and the hallway is 7ft tall at its highest point on walking to the bedroom. We are tall people ourselves (6’2” and 6’) and we fit just fine. :) Pets are allowed, but be courteous and clean up after them. The privacy fence around the cottage is the area designated for the sole use of the guests. The gazebo can be used by the guests as well on the property. Also, there is plenty of room for parking a trailer for our thunder beach guests or guests hauling down canoes! Registration Details 34836
