The House is in an elevated position with stunning views of undulating hills and intermittent sea views. It has a spacious sunny garden and terrace, sleeps up to 8 with off road parking. Exmoor is approximately 2 miles away and the SW Coastal path is a 1/2mile away. The area is great for walkers. The house is a short walk to the village shop and a pub. Wedding venues are also found in the vicinity. The space The house is detached with 4 double bedrooms ( 2 ensuite) and 4 bathrooms all of which have showers and 2 of which have baths as well. One bedroom has a superking bed which can be converted into 2 single beds (please request when booking) There are 2 sitting rooms, 2 tvs, a dining area, a spacious well fitted kitchen, a terrace, garden & off road parking for 4/5 cars.. Guest access Guests have access to all living and outside areas, a spacious kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, an electric stove with double oven, a mini convection oven, a combi microwave, double toaster and kettle. Other things to note This accommodation is for self catering guests but shampoo, shower gel & toilet paper will be provided. Electric cars can connect to a domestic supply only, cost to be advised depending on your vehicle type. Please try not to bring sand into the house. Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes in the house. Dogs should not be left unattended and are not allowed on the furniture. Small children must be supervised at all times in the garden. There are some steps and a covered well. There is a bus stop 5/7 mins walk from the house Berrynarbor offers clay pigeon shooting, boules. quad biking. pilates, line dancing, Watermouth Castle theme park and several wedding venues. For kayaking and paddle boarding Combe Martin is 1 mile away. Ilfracombe harbour for boat trips and kayaking is approx 5 minutes drive. Woolacombe with its surfing and 2 mile beach is approximately 20 mins drive
