Secure 5 story elevator condo bldg. Short walking distance from Wrigley Field,our beautiful lake front,parks,beaches, biking Dining,clubs/bars ,entertainment and shopping ****** Please note that a two night minimum is required at the time of booking this space ****** The space Upon entering condo, on your left your private bathroom(tub,shower,jacuzzi) On your right your private bedroom.By day desk/chair, ample closet and drawer space and full size leather couch. By night couch pulls out to queen size comfortable bed. (All bath and bedding included ) Guest access Complete access to kitchen,balcony/grill There are both mom/pop grocery stores along with jewel,treasure island and whole foods located within walking distance Washer/dryer(in condo) During your stay I'll be available to you as needed to answer all your questions and help you both upon your arrival getting settled and when you depart. I along with my dogs will be present during your stay here. Other things to note Prior arrangements need to be made for "flexible check-in/out" My dog Oliver also occupy condo,he is extremely friendly and loveable and as I will respect your privacy and space. There is a 48 hours policy in place for any guests request Example : Should guest want Thursday November 18th Guest Must summit request no later than 48 hrs prior ( by nov 15-16)
