Home in Breckenridge

My home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge. It sits atop a hill with a huge deck and balcony that offer amazing views of Breckenridge Resort and the 10-mile range. The Lower Flume Trail, and network of connecting trails, is less than a third mile walk from the house and allows for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. Also just a short walk away is a stop for the free bus that drops off at the base of the Breckenridge Gondola. The space This room is the master of the house and has it's own private bathroom. The private bathroom is not en suite but directly across the hall. There are no other guest rooms on this level of the house. The bathroom also has a washer and dryer available to use. I provide high quality mattresses, bedding, and towels. The room has a large walk in closet, log queen bed, rustic accent pieces, and a 43" smartTV. Guest access As a guest you have access to the kitchen for food/beverage storage and cooking but please be mindful of the other people who live in the home and do your dishes :) House has a large living room next to the kitchen where guests can socialize, play games, watch movies, etc. Guests can enjoy amazing views of Breckenridge resort and the 10 Mile Range from the huge wrap around deck complete with propane grill. Parking for 1 car in the driveway is provided. Depending on time of year and snow conditions 2 cars may be accommodated upon request. During your stay I can usually make myself available to guests any day of the week. I love giving advice on local activities so if you have any questions or want help planning your visit please let me know. If you're looking for a local to show you around the mountain I can do that too, if you're good enough to keep up ;) Other things to note The common area has a huge selection of board games, playing cards, etc. Please make yourselves at home. This is a one group rental. A group is able to rent multiple bedrooms or just one. Please message me to confirm if you are a group wanting just this room or needing additional rooms if you are a larger group. Thank you!
