Independent accommodation in our family home, with private entrance and garden. We live on site but the space reserved for guests is separate, to ensure comfort and privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Ground floor: equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, TV lounge + sofa bed. Vaulx-La Soie metro station is a 15-minute walk away, bus is 300 m away. Free parking. Shops nearby. We love hosting guests and making their stay pleasant and easy. The space 🏡 The space This fully private (duplex) home, with separate entrance and garden access, is located in our family home. We live in another part of the house, so you will benefit from part of the ground floor and the entire floor, for total independence. We like to host and make their stay enjoyable and easy. 🍳 Kitchen and amenities On the ground floor: - Small functional kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, mini oven, 2-burner hob, table and chairs, sink, utensils, storage, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, tea and coffee for the first morning) – ideal for preparing your breakfasts and simple meals. - Bathroom with shower and WC. 🛏 Bedrooms and living room Upstairs: 3 large rooms in a row - Living room with TV and sofa bed - 2 large bedrooms with storage and reversible air conditioning. Spiral ⚠️ stairs, not suitable for young children or people with disabilities.
