Glamping, or Glamorous Camping, is a great way to enjoy the outdoors without all the hassles and fuss of camping. Everything is provided and set up for you. You stay in a nice comfortable space, a warm cozy bed, and get a true camping experience. The space 350 acres of private land, with miles of groomed trails and access to the Youghiogheny River. Right next door to State Parks and State Forest and just a 10 minute drive from Deep Creek Lake. There are 5 huts available and listed separately. Glamping hut Stanley also has a cozy wooden A-Frame perfect for kids who want a little extra space of their own while still being close to the main hut. The Cub Den comes set up with 2 large 1-person canvas outfitter cots. Please check all listings for availability. It is also possible to rent the entire Glampground for events or gatherings (sleeps up to 25 including children). Guest access Property, trails, river, bath house, pavilion, games, picnic table, fire ring, camp chairs, lanterns, Rechargeable lights (flash lights). Other things to note Close to Swallow Falls state park - highest waterfall in MD. Herrington Manor State Park - secret gem of a swimming beach + miles of mountain bike trails. ADDITIONAL FEES: Blankets and pillows are provided. Guest can bring their own linens or pick up rental linens from Offlake Rentals for $20 (2 ppl, 1 bed) or $35 (4 ppl, 2 beds). Pets are also welcome! ($25 fee per stay - sorry, but our insurance does not allow us to accept pure bred fighting breed dogs).
