Baldwin City’s only Bed & Breakfast! This host-present boutique B&B is in my home, and is different than a hotel! To keep stays personal and safe for everyone, I follow specific reservation guidelines. FAQs are answered in the listing write-up. Expect luxury hotel amenities in this historic home. rooms2Stay is adult-oriented (21+), not child-safe, barrier-free (not handicap accessible), and no pets. Need 24-hour notice for reservations; no walk-ins. The space In addition to homey comforts (the interior gingerbread style architecture, gently loved antiques, modern amenities in this 100 y.o. abode), expect hospitality. The bed&breakfast niche separates rooms2stay accommodations from others in the area. The room sleeps 2 adults on a linen layered queen size bed with a foam mattress topper.  There is a shared bathroom. Rooms are keyed for security. There is a common area landing between the rooms self-serve hot/cold beverages and some snacks. Microwave and frig are conveniently available also on that community landing. The hostess loves pets, the elderly, and children but the house is not set up safely for this. hostess lives on site. There are stairs at the entry way and up to the second floor. Guest access A desk/writing surface (with office supplies, free wifi, and printing upon request). The Firefly room does have a "step-up" into the room. Other things to note 3% of the funds received for each booking are donated by the host to the local food pantry. Please let the hostess know beforehand of any dietary preferences. Instructions will be provided for check-out upon arrival. The town's eatery business open hours vary. This lodging establishment is firearm and drugs-free, and a no-smoking environment (including vaping).
