Beautiful apartment in Sinsheim near Heidelberg

We rent a completely renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor of our house in the Sinsheim district of Hoffenheim (74889 Sinsheim). There is plenty of space for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the 75 m² apartment with separate entrance. The space The apartment has * a bedroom with a large double bed * a large living room with full bed for 1 adult or 2 children * a large cozy corner sofa with TV and DVD player * a very spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher and co. * a completely new and modern bathroom with shower, toilet and two sinks * a small hallway with wardrobe * a private parking space right outside the door and * a protected terrace with garden furniture and electric grill * Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are included * A high chair and travel bed can be provided for a one-time fee of €10 If you want to know something else or want to make a booking request, please feel free to contact us. But you are also welcome to sit on our large lawn with a deck chair and put your feet in the grass. Presumably one of our chickens or our Mr. Rooster will then greet you personally. Other things to note Children up to 6 years old stay with us for free. Therefore, you do not have to include them in the number of guests in the booking. It is enough if you write me a message about this so that I know how many people are coming and how many beds I have to make. ;0) Please consider older children as normal in the number of adult guests. A travel bed and highchair can be provided for a one-time fee of €10. We have chickens and an attentive but friendly rooster, some of which walk freely in the garden and occasionally look curiously at the terrace. Fresh eggs from our ladies can be purchased daily at our doorstep. ;0)
